Safe Shopping Guarantee

We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your on-line orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately. In addition, we employ an outside company to "audit" our security and make sure it is trustworthy. 

Payment Method

Orders placed through imtra.com can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Your card number, expiration date, verification code, and name (as it appears on the card) are required fields in the Order Entry screen. For security reasons, the address entered in the "billing information" section of the checkout process must be your credit card billing address.

Changes to Orders

Changes can be made to orders by calling Imtra at (508) 995-7000. We normally ship the same day (Monday through Friday), so it is important to call early. Any changes that would increase the total dollar amount shown in your order confirmation will require a credit card, as our secure shopping cart pre-authorizes all charges. We do not have access to your credit card information and cannot add charges greater than 15% above the pre-authorized total without requesting this information from you.
