HID Xenon Ballast, 9-36VDC/35W for ILIM82030 and ILIM82130 Underwater Thru-Hull Lights. Converts low voltage DC current to25kV that is required to spark the special Xenon low arc.
The IML HID Xenon Ballasts are supplied as standard with all HID Xenon Hull Lights. They are DC only and will not work with step down AC transformers. They are marine-grade and fully potted, however must be mounted in a dry location. The housing is all stainless steel and supplied with insulated and shielded marine-grade lead cable with plug & play amp connectors. These ballasts are available to purchase separately as a spare part or to upgrade your halogen hull lights to a high output HID Xenon unit.
