For LED bulb to be illuminated when switch is deactivated (OFF),  wire the bulb in-line with the charge.  For LED bulb to be illuminated when switch is activated (ON), wire the bulb in parallel with charge. For the bulb to be always ON, simply wire the bulb leads to the main power supply.
